I bought a contract through Currys on evening of January 30. I received the phone on February 8. 1. I have been billed for that period. Though this isn't my main gripe. 2. The network is TERRIBLE! 3. I Want to leave but I'm being charged nearly £600. Why should I pay for something that really isn't fit for purpose? I have only just figured that the service is terrible everywhere. It's fine hooked up to my home WIFI. Except when I need to use it as a phone. 4. No one to speak to to talk this through.

I purchased a Sim-only card for use with my Ipad. At the initial conversation, not once did the customer representative let me know that the IDMobile SIM card was not comaptible with the Ipad. I cancelled the service immediately. The service support page is completely useless, as is any phone connection - doesn't exist. The Chat bot is a waste of time.

Hiya I have been charged for a phone contract that I have canceled. I got told to send back the phone when it got delivered I did so and then I got an email from yous to confirm to cancel it and I did yet I haven't received a refund for the phone and now been charged for a phone I don't have at all. I would like this issue to be sorted or I'm paying for a phone I don't have or own in my perception

Avoid ID Mobile at all costs. They have no customer service available, just chat and they will act like sloths with replying to any queries, then because they took so long you lose connection and have to start from the beginning all over again...an hour gone and you're still trying to resolve your issue.

ID Mobile have no payment reminders, you miss a payment by accident they put that straight on your credit score.

My score went down 120 points just because of a £32.99 missed bill, I get paid £5k a month after tax- I have no issues making payment.

This is not fair, but again no customer service available to help me rectify this utter violence on my credit score.

I'm putting this personal experience clear for all to see as all other networks EE, VODAFONE, O2, TESCO MOBILE, etc..all come with customer service- I guess they value their customers.

Resolved: Inability to get usage data from an account that was apparently closed prior to my enquiry in april 2023

IDMOBILE number 0745494**** customer number 2169**** account number 1240****

I received a final end of contract letter dated 06/06/2023 for the contract would finish on 27/06/23

I had no idea what the number referred to as it was not any of my contracts.

I discovered that a £15.00 Direct Debit mandate was in force since 28/06/21 that I did not have a corresponding phone relevant. I tried to use the online account to investigate but found that the account was closed circa November 2022.

Further investigation I found a Carphone Warehouse Invoice 26247**** advising transmission of a Multisim

(894420****70700****) that I cannot trace receiving.

I reported this to customer services but they could not look back further into the online account to ascertai if their were any usage for data text or phone.

I cancelled the direct debit from my Santander account but am still receiving Final bills amounting to £56.55

It is impossible to cancel the contract except to dial in on the phone that I do not have. or to contact via online account using email kenpaull@***.co.uk.

I HAVE RECENTLY RECEIVED A FINAL DEMAND LETTER NOTICE

This account I have cancelled a short while ago as it was missed, it was meant to be an upgrade on existing account

Mobile number 0774816****, instead a new plan was opened which I have never used.So I contacted you to close the plan as I wanted to keep my number (as above).I had no response so I tried again and again ignored, I tried live chat, still no resolution achieved so I cancelled my direct debit and received this letter on trying to pay using the payment line as instructed I could only pay to my current plan of number above.sSO IT SEEMS I HAVE NO WAY OF PAYING EVEN THOUGH I DONT THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO.This is exceedingly frustrating and time consuming when every avenue I try is blocked and there is no one to speak to.I HOPE THIS TIME I GET A RESPONSE ON NEXT STEPS

Pro-rated line rental-extra £20 for upgrade plan

Worse customer service ever. Unable to speak to anyone about my concerns You are one of the worst network supplier companies! I have been your customer for 7 years, I have 2 numbers with you, your upgrade proposal, as far as Samsung is concerned, is only 4 phones and all I had to do was go to the Carphone Warehouse, and there I had 40 phones to choose from, also with upgrade plan. of course, ID charged an additional fee,extra £20, for the upgrade, calling it -Pro-rated line rental! Is there a fee for the upgrade? Oh no you don't care about regular customers!

Hard to Reach out For Help

It's the bad provider ever that I dealt with, I really regretted that I joined them without reading the reviews. It's so hard to contact them, the live chat is not even showing on the website, ask a question in the community is not giving me permission to ask and no contact number to speak to? Furthermore, it's just horrible, and I really don't recommend it at all.
